Mary Krauel Executive MBA,
CA, B Math – Owner/Senior Negotiator
Mary brings
over 25 years of business, mediation and negotiation experience to Fairway
Divorce Mississauga and its clients. She was driven and motivated to find a
better way to help families because of her own life experience of separation
and divorce - the devastating impact on her children and how the traditional
approach to resolving both financial and family matters was both costly and
time consuming. Through her years of serving corporate clients, she has also
seen first-hand the impact and disruption of separation and divorce in the work
force, causing employee absences and increased job stress due to employees
caught in the adversarial legal system - affecting their job performance and
the work environment. She has facilitated support groups for separated and
divorcing couples and understands the fears and uncertainty couples have when
facing the challenge of making decisions that will affect their future and that
of their children. Mary brings great empathy and compassion in helping couples
through their roller coaster of emotions and her business experience to help
them make informed financial decisions.
Leading
the Fairway Divorce Mississauga team, Mary has taken her considerable corporate
experience in mediating and negotiating multi-million dollar contracts and her
deep financial expertise to family mediation through Fairway’s unique
step-by-step Independently Negotiated Resolution Plan™. Her certification in managing
change, skills in conflict resolution and understanding human relationships for
the last 20 years are used to help guide couples to achieve their best outcome –
preserving their assets and most importantly healthy relationships with their
children.
Mary is a
member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Institute of Ontario and has
obtained a Certificate in Conflict Management: Negotiation and Mediation.
