Recognizing communication challenges were likely key reasons for the failure of a couples' relationship we offer a unique value-added service by providing mediation in Hungarian to help facilitate the mediation process. Fairway Divorce Mississauga recognizes the cultural mosaic of the GTA. We will be offering mediation primarily in English but for those couples whose native language is Hungarian and who feel they would have a better understanding of issues and would benefit from part of the mediation being conducted in Hungarian we will integrate that service into our process.

Please note the Senior Negotiator at their discretion, will solely decide for the couple what part of the mediation process will be augmented in Hungarian.

It is understood by couples who request this service that all written communication and documentation with the couple and Fairway Divorce Mississauga will be in English at all times, including the gathering of financial information and the preparation of the Independently Negotiated Resolution Plan ™.

It is understood by couples who request this service that the What is the Law Seminar™ and the Nurtured Children Parent Education Seminar™ will both be conducted in English.

Depending on the response Fairway Divorce Mississauga receives for this unique pilot offering, we will consider offering mediation in part in other languages.
